- Dump 50lb bag of peanuts in your boiler
- Give those Peanuts a bath letting them soak for 15 mins and drain
- Add water (right under the fill line) and fire her up
- Boil for 1 hour and 15 mins
- Add celery stalk
- Add 2 (26 oz) containers of salt
- Add 6 (8 oz) containers of Southern Boyz All Purpose Seasoning
- Boil for 1 hour and 15 mins
- Shut the fire off and let them soak up that Southern Boyz Seasoning for 30 mins
- Drain your water and start bagging them up in zip lock bags *add a couple teaspoons of juice
