On the grill layout a bed of onions and bell peppers and lay that hog right on top and cover with more onions, bell peppers and garlic. Repeat for the other 2 hogs. Next place Apple juice in a cast iron skillet and sit inside grill. **Remember to use the probe and place right by the bone. Close the lid. When your meat hits 170 degrees, it’s time for some good eattin’. IT JUST DONT GET NO BETTER THAN THIS BABY!
